This is a single-unit model that comes factory-fitted with a ZIMO MS450P22 sound decoder on a PluX22 interface (NEM 658), an integrated energy capacitor and a full LED lighting package managed digitally.
Sound, light and uninterrupted running
The ZIMO MS450P22 decoder handles sound and lighting functions independently: start-up and running noise of both diesel engines, shunting whistle, pneumatic compressor, regulation ?D horn, disc brake squeal and pneumatic door closing. The LED lighting switches automatically according to the direction of travel three white front lights and two red rear lights with long-range headlights and passenger saloon interior lighting that can be activated separately from the controller. The factory-fitted energy capacitor (Pufferkondensator) absorbs micro-interruptions when passing over points or dirty track sections, keeping both sound and lighting steady without flicker or dropout.

The model features a 5-pole central motor with flywheel and drive to 2 powered axles, one of which has a traction tyre. Overall length over buffers is 293 mm and the minimum curve radius is 358 mm (R1). Both ends are fitted with NEM 362 couplers with KK kinematics. Factory configuration is DC 2-rail.
