Returns and Withdrawal Policy – Basar Valira

BASAR VALIRA, is the owner of the web portal www.basarvalira.com, based at: Carrer del Picó, 1-3, AD700 Escaldes-Engordany, NRT: E-005131-Y, Registered in the Commercial Registry No.: 902436H.

This policy regulates the right of withdrawal, returns due to defects or errors, and incident management. Given Basar Valira's location in the Principality of Andorra, returns from the European Union may require a specific customs procedure.

0. Safeguard of rights

Nothing stated in this policy limits or excludes the mandatory consumer rights that are applicable, nor the liabilities that by law cannot be limited.

1. Extended right of withdrawal (30 days)

Basar Valira offers its consumer Customers a period of 30 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase without the need for justification.

  • 1.1 How to exercise: Written notification to info@basarvalira.com indicating order number and product.
  • 1.2 Shipping deadline: After notifying, you have 14 calendar days to send the product back.

2. Product status, handling and loss of value

For a full refund, the product must be in perfect resale condition, complete and in its original packaging.

2.1 Collectibles: Unsealing sealed sets or limited editions causes a high loss of value that could reach the total value of the product after objective evaluation.

2.2 Minor damage: A proportional reduction will be applied for damage to the original box.

3. International return procedure (EU → Andorra)

  • 3.1 Labeling: Clearly indicate on the exterior: “RETURNED GOODS / MERCANCÍA DEVUELTA”.
  • 3.3 Costs: The Customer bears the shipping cost for withdrawal. The Shop bears costs for errors or defects.
  • 3.4 Rejections: If the package is rejected to avoid destination VAT, outward and return logistical costs will be deducted from the refund.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed after physical receipt or proof of shipment, using the original payment method.

5. Defective products, lack of conformity and Radio Control

  • 5.1 Transport: Notify visible damage within 48 hours with photographs.
  • 5.2 Warranty: Minimum of 2 years according to applicable regulations.
  • 5.3 RC Evaluation: Every radio control product will be evaluated by our technical service to determine the origin of the incident.
  • 5.4 Batteries: These have no warranty due to delicate handling. The Shop is not liable for damage caused by fires or burns resulting from their use.

6. Unique units and double sales

In the exceptional case of a simultaneous sale of the last unit, a full refund or equivalent alternative will be offered immediately.

7. Dispute resolution (ADR)

EU customers can consult approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities in their country through the official European portal.

8. Governing law

This policy is governed by the legislation of the Principality of Andorra, respecting the mandatory rights of the consumer's country of residence.
