Nothing stated herein limits or excludes the rights that correspond to the consumer by applicable mandatory regulations (including, where appropriate, rights of withdrawal and legal guarantee of conformity), nor the liabilities that by law cannot be limited.

Basar Valira makes reasonable efforts to maintain the website operational. However, access may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, technical incidents, or third-party failures. The Shop does not guarantee uninterrupted availability nor the total absence of technical errors, committing to adopt reasonable measures to correct them as soon as possible.

We strive to ensure that information (prices, descriptions, availability) is correct. In the event of a manifest error (e.g., derisory price due to technical failure, inconsistent or obvious information), Basar Valira:

1. Will correct the error immediately after its detection.
2. If the error affects an already paid order, will inform the Customer and offer free cancellation and a full refund.

Website images are illustrative and may have been digitally optimized, including through artificial intelligence tools, for presentation purposes. Therefore, minor variations may exist compared to the delivered product (e.g., tones, brightness, background, composition, or non-essential packaging details).

The main contractual information of the product is its name, brand, reference/EAN, scale, content, and technical description published in the product sheet. In case of discrepancy between image and technical sheet, the technical sheet shall prevail. If the discrepancy affects an essential characteristic of the product, consumer rights will apply according to current regulations.

Basar Valira operates with shared inventory between the physical store in Andorra and the online channel, with an ERP synchronization approximately every 15 minutes.

• Nature of information: published stock is indicative and may not reflect physical sales or reservations made within the synchronization interval.
• Cart does not reserve: including a product in the shopping cart does not guarantee its reservation.
• Confirmation of availability: the order may be subject to confirmation of availability during logistical preparation.
• Last units / discontinued: for last unit products, limited editions, or discontinued items, availability can change rapidly and restocking may not be possible.

If after payment a lack of availability is detected, we will notify the Customer without undue delay, offering:

• Full refund by the same means of payment (usually within 24–72 business hours, without prejudice to bank processing times), or
• Substitution with an equivalent product (if accepted by the Customer), or
• Waiting for restocking when possible and accepted by the Customer.

The Customer agrees to provide truthful and lawful data. Basar Valira will not be responsible for delivery incidents resulting from incomplete or inaccurate addresses or errors committed by the user during the purchasing process.

Basar Valira is not responsible for damages resulting from inappropriate, negligent use or use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions, nor for failure to comply with safety warnings or recommended age (especially relevant in modeling and LEGO sets).

6.1. Special Protocol for Radio Control (RC) and Batteries:

• Technical Evaluation: A radio control product, whether used or not, will be mandatorily evaluated by our technical service to determine the origin of the incident.
• Rechargeable Batteries: The Customer is informed that rechargeable batteries are extremely delicate components and can be dangerous under utilization, use, or charging. As consumable goods, they have no warranty beyond potential initial manufacturing defects.
• Exemption of Liability: In the rare case of damage caused by batteries such as fire, burns, or any other incident derived from their handling or charging, BASAR VALIRA is not liable. The user assumes full responsibility for compliance with charging and safety standards.

The Shop will not be responsible for delays resulting from causes beyond its control, including logistical strikes, technological incidents, or extraordinary customs retentions related to the Shop's location in Andorra (a third country outside the EU).

7.1 Taxes, customs and potential charges at destination (shipments outside Andorra)

For shipments to the EU or other destinations, the order may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and/or carrier management fees according to destination country regulations. These amounts, when applicable, may be required for delivery. As a commercial measure, Basar Valira may, after verification and agreement with the Customer, assume or partially/totally compensate certain charges (for example, import VAT), without this constituting a general obligation.

Unless mandatory regulations state otherwise, Basar Valira's total liability shall be limited to the amount effectively paid for the order. It will not be liable for loss of profits or indirect damages resulting from lack of availability or delays. This limitation does not apply in cases of willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or where the law imposes non-limitable liabilities.

All contents (texts, logos, and images) are the property of Basar Valira or its licensors. The use of “screen scraping”, “web crawling” or bots to extract information on prices, stock, or images without prior written authorization is expressly prohibited.

These conditions are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra. Nevertheless, consumers residing in the EU will maintain the mandatory protections of their country of residence where applicable.
