The Kato K10-022 brings everything you need in a single box to get a TGV Euroduplex inOui SNCF running in N scale. The 5-car rame comes with an M1 oval layout, transformer, controller, rerailing ramp, level crossing and Unijoiner tool no need to look for anything else to see the train running on day one.
A TGV inOui ready for the track
The included rame reference 10-2131 features warm white LED lighting at both ends, two types of pantographs and ivory-coloured interior seats. The motor includes a flywheel for smooth, progressive running. For those looking to go digital, the M1 and M2 power cars carry a 6-pin NEM 651 decoder socket, so the move to DCC requires no structural modifications.
Consist and expansion possibilities
The detachable front couplers include drawbars for double formations of up to 20 cars, opening the door to expanding the consist with the complementary rame 10-2131 in the future. In an N scale layout, a TGV of these proportions needs room to shine: the 282 mm minimum radius of the included M1 layout is the starting point, but the train looks its best when given a straight run before and after the curves.
Entry point or fleet expansion
Whether it is your first set or an addition to an existing layout, the K10-022 delivers a recognisable French high-speed consist in Era VI. The included oval layout lets you test it straight away, and DCC compatibility integrates it seamlessly into any existing digital installation.
