The Brawa 61216 brings the Deutsche Bahn BR V160 to N scale in its Era III version, carrying road number V160 069. This is a two-rail analogue DC model with a five-pole motor and all axles powered, delivering smooth, consistent traction even on the more demanding sections of a layout.
An Era III diesel with functional detail packed into 100 mm
In just 100 mm of length, Brawa has fitted a set of features that go well beyond what is typical for this scale: cab lighting, three-way spitzenlicht with automatic directional change, a tail light signal and two traction tyres for improved grip. The 192 mm minimum radius makes it compatible with compact layouts, and the Next18 interface leaves the door open for future digitalisation without any complex modifications.
