Availability and Stock
Stock is updated periodically and may change due to simultaneous in-store sales.
Availability is confirmed after a manual validation before shipment.
If we are unable to supply the product, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund using the same payment method (usually within 24–72 business hours, depending on your bank).

Order Preparation
We validate stock and prepare your order within
24–48 business hours before dispatch (especially for last units, limited editions, or discontinued items).

Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch:

• Spain (Mainland) 3–6 business days.
• France and Portugal 5–8.
• Rest of the EU 5–10.

In any case, maximum delivery time is 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
