The Fleischmann 835683 is a Mannschaftswagen belonging to the DB accident and rescue trains (Unfallhilfszug), reproduced in HO scale with registration 5731 assigned to Bw Braunschweig/Hannover. It is part of Fleischmann's Sonderserie 2003, a special edition focused on technical service consists from Epoch III. Its green finish and its role within the emergency train give it a distinct identity, well removed from conventional passenger rolling stock.

The wagon measures 226 mm over buffers (LüP) and is fitted with nickel-plated wheels and close-coupling kinematics (Kurzkupplungskinematik) with Normschacht, making it easy to integrate into consists with tight curves while maintaining a natural visual spacing between vehicles. The system is analogue DC. Supplied in original box (OVP).
Layout integration and consist building
This wagon works well as part of a rescue formation alongside other DB service vehicles from Epoch III, but it can also appear on its own at a station siding or depot track without looking out of place.
