The Arnold HN4487 is the second set in the N scale Sud-express series, designed to expand the consist started with the first set. It brings together three coaches in CIWL livery one VPC Étoile du Nord and two WL sleeping cars that pair naturally with the set 1/2 rolling stock, allowing you to build a longer passenger train with strong visual continuity.
The Sud-express in N scale: consist and coherence
The Sud-express is one of the most recognisable international rail services of the twentieth century, and the CIWL blue and gold livery is instantly identifiable on any layout. In N scale, where every millimetre matters, combining both Arnold sets lets you assemble a train that fills the platform convincingly and conveys the feel of a long-distance express. The WL sleeping cars give the consist its backbone, while the VPC Étoile du Nord introduces a coach type variation that enriches the overall composition without breaking the livery's uniformity.

Layout integration
With a minimum radius of 192 mm, these coaches fit comfortably into N scale layouts without requiring especially wide curves.
